Furnify provides an online platform for the sale and delivery of premium furniture. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under French law.

2. Pricing and “Design Deals”

• All prices listed on Furnify are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We strive to provide the best value through our Design Deals. While we aim for 100% accuracy, Furnify reserves the right to cancel orders arising from obvious pricing errors.

• Furnify reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. “Delivered Free” Shipping Policy

• We are proud to offer a Delivered Free service for all orders within France.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the specific craftsmanship requirements of the item.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered furniture (e.g., the Laren Slipcovered Sofa) can fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators.

• Our logistics partners will handle your items with care, but a person of legal age must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

4. Product Quality and Variations

• Furnify products are crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Because we use natural materials like Solid Oak and hand-finished fabrics, minor variations in wood grain, texture, and color are expected and celebrated as unique characteristics of the piece.

• Images on our website are for illustrative purposes. We make every effort to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display reflects the exact hue of the physical product.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French Consumer Law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in “as-new” condition.

• Custom-made or personalized items may be exempt from standard return policies.

6. Liability and Warranty

• Furnify warrants that all goods are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

• Our liability for any loss you suffer as a result of us breaking these terms is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
