1. The “Delivered Free” Promise

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on every single order, with no minimum purchase required. From a single Miruna Floor Lamp to a complete Laren Slipcovered Sofa set, your items are delivered to your door at zero additional cost.

2. Processing & Craftsmanship Timelines

Because we maintain a meticulous attention to detail, our processing times vary by product type:

  • In-Stock Items: Usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Hand-Finished Pieces: Items requiring final artisanal touches may take 7–14 business days to prepare for shipment.

  • You will receive a tracking notification the moment your piece leaves our facility.

3. Delivery Methods

We utilize specialized furniture couriers to ensure your Design Deals arrive in pristine condition:

  • Parcel Delivery: Smaller items (like the Oak Side Table) are delivered via standard express couriers.

  • Freight & White-Glove Delivery: Large items (like the Ramila Dresser Table) are handled by two-person teams specialized in heavy goods. They will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window that fits your schedule.

4. Delivery Coverage

Our Delivered Free service covers all of France.

  • Note: For deliveries to Corsica or difficult-to-access mountain regions, please note that transit times may be slightly extended, though the shipping remains free.

5. Preparing for Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery of larger items:

  • Please measure your doorways, hallways, and stairwells before ordering to ensure the piece (e.g., the Laren Sofa) can pass through.

  • Ensure a person of legal age is present to inspect the packaging and sign for the delivery.

6. Damaged Shipments

While we pack every item with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit.

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the box before signing.

  • If you notice significant damage to the packaging, please note “Damaged” on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a priority replacement at no cost to you.
