However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not fit your vision exactly as planned. Our return policy is designed to be as transparent and effortless as our delivered free shipping.

1. The 14-Day Change of Mind Policy

In accordance with French Consumer Law, you have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to notify us if you wish to return an item. Whether it’s a Ramila Arm Chair or an Oak Side Table, you don’t need to provide a reason, though we always appreciate your feedback to help us improve.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in “as-new” condition, unused, and free from any damage.

  • Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made furniture or items marked as “Final Sale” within our Design Deals collection are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

3. The Return Process

  1. Initiate: Contact the Furnify support team within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Pack: Secure the item in its original box.

  3. Collection: Since we specialize in large items like the Laren Sofa, we will coordinate a pickup with our specialized furniture couriers.

  4. Inspection: Once the item arrives back at our facility in France, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return standards.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse.

  • While our initial shipping is delivered free, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your final refund amount, depending on the reason for the return.

5. Exchanges

Found a different finish you prefer? We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value.

  • Simply initiate a return for your current item and place a new order for the preferred piece.

  • Our team will work to synchronize the pickup of the old item and the delivery of the new one to keep your home styling on track.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take immense pride in our quality control. In the rare event that a piece arrives with a defect or shipping damage:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
